Veronica is Council-licensed, holds a Level 2 Animal Care qualification, and a dog first-aid certificate. Before every stay, she arranges a free meet and greet so your dog can explore the space, meet the family, and settle in before the big day.
Your dog arrives, sniffs around, and within a short time is usually settled on the sofa. Veronica maintains their usual routine as closely as possible — same feeding times, same walking schedule — to keep things familiar and stress-free.
You'll receive photos and messages every day, so you know exactly how your dog is getting on.
